Mr. Wim Vaessen:
As Mechanical Engineer and MBA by education, Mr. Vaessen started his career in 1990 at Arthur D. Little in strategy consulting. Later on he was hired by Deloitte where he served for more than 10 years as Partner in the consulting practice. He was globally responsible for the manufacturing industry clients. Throughout his career he focused on the automotive industry, serving many European and American automotive OEMs and suppliers on major business transformations. In 2008 he decided to leave Deloitte and focus fully on developing the business idea of HIH. Mr. Vaessen brings his program management and manufacturing expertise to the HIH team.
Mr. Bert Reubsaet:
Until 1997 Mr. Reubsaet, master of laws by educational background, was journalist and PR specialist, serving many Dutch multinationals as PR specialist and as such also building up extensive experience in Marketing and Sales. In 1997 he decided to enter the personalized memorial stones business, and was a pioneer in sourcing such works of art from India. In the beginnings of this activity the relationship with Mr. Kalaimani was established.
At the end of 2008 Mr. Reubsaet decided to sell the memorial stones business and fully focus on developing the HIH modular homes business. Mr. Reubsaet brings his extensive PR and marketing & sales experience to the HIH Team.

Jo Coenen Architects:
Jo Coenen is a famous European architect who specializes in urban development and architecture. He has been working with Bert Reubsaet in the past in India. They developed a master plan for Bidadi, one of the designated satellite cities of Bangalore. In the future, Jo Coenen & Co will detail further applications of the HIH module as well as develop master plans for any project development projects.
Rekers Betonwerke GmbH &Co. KG:
Rekers is a German company specializing in concrete applications and prefab products. They are the leader in prefabricated concrete garages and will provide expertise in the casting and reinforcing of the structure for the HIH module. Rekers has also assisted in part of the design of the manufacturing process as well as in the manufacturing of the prototype of the HIH module.
